Home Warranty Benefits Both Buyers And Sellers

With a major investment like your home, you want to leave little to chance. If you're buying a previously owned home, you'll want to be sure that the appliances, heating system and cooling system are in good operating order.

A warranted home protects the buyer in the event of a failure of appliances / HVAC systems during a specified time period. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, a qualified service contractor will repair or replace the items under warranty.

The buyer and/or the seller may be able to purchase home warranty coverage under certain circumstances.
