LOCAL BANK ROUTING NUMBERS

To find out if a check is local or non-local, look at the first four digits of the routing number on the check.*

If you are having difficulty in determining the location of the routing numbers, use the check image below as a handy guide. The arrow on the check tells you where to find the routing numbers.

Sample Check

Once you have determined the first four digits of the routing number, the following list will show you which checks are local. All other numbers are non-local.

LOCAL NUMBERS
0410 0432 2410 2430
0411 0433 2412 2432
0412 0434 2413 2433
0430 0435 2414 2434

*Please be aware that some checks may be marked "payable through" and have a four or nine-digit number nearby. For these checks, use the four-digit number (or the first four digits of the nine-digit number), not the routing number on the bottom of the check, to determine if these checks are local or non-local.
