Step 1: Switching Your Direct Deposit
For payroll or pension direct deposit, contact your company’s human resources or payroll department and ask for a direct deposit change form. Complete and return the form as directed.

To switch your Social Security direct deposit, call the Social Security Office at
1-800-772-1213 or click here.

Step 2: Switching Your Automatic Payments To switch automatic payments to your Dollar Bank account, use our Quick Change Form (below). Complete a form for each company withdrawing payment and mail the form and a void check or deposit slip to that company. You may also bring your statements to any Dollar Bank branch and we will complete the forms for you. Please note that some companies may require you to complete their form.

Step 3: Tracking Your Accounts Use our Account Switching Checklist (below) to keep track of deposits and payments you’ve moved to your Dollar Bank account.

Step 4: Signing Up For Bill Payment Services
Make payments, transfers and request account activity online or by phone. Save time and money with Push Button Banking or talk to a representative through our Telephone Banking service. To sign up merchants, complete the Bill Payment Authorization Form (below) and return it to Dollar Bank as indicated.
