As you may have noticed, there’s a new Credit Card tab in Online Banking!

We have upgraded your Visa® account access through Online Banking! Here's what you need to know about accessing your information with this system enhancement.

You will be able to…
  • Sign up to receive an electronic statement.
    1. Receive an alert when your statement is available on line or your payment is due.
    2. Search your online statements or activity for a specific transaction(s)
    3. Customize categories for your transactions for easier record keeping
  • Set up and manage e-mail alerts by selecting the Online Requests tab and choosing E-mail Alerts. Set an alert for when your credit limit is reached/exceeded or when your balance reaches a designated amount. And more…
  • Pay your Visa bill from your Dollar Bank checking account or an account at another bank, by clicking the Bill Payment tab once you are in the Visa Account Activity section.
  • View pending authorizations—just click Pending Activity in the Visa Account Information section.

Text Message Banking is the easiest way to manage your money while you're on the move. It’s free and works with any mobile phone carrier.* Plus, it's safe and secure. No account numbers or customer information is sent via text message.
  • Save 412-915-9458 in your Contacts to make texting a request easy.
  • Remember to use the Text Message Account Name(s) you customized in Online Banking. Don’t remember your account names? Text ACCT for account names.
  • You can transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts on those previously set up for transfers. To view/set up transfers, log into Online Banking and click Payments and Transfers.

Make multiple payments at once... it's simple. Log in to Online Banking and select the Payments & Transfers tab. Once you choose the account you want to pay from, just select the checkboxes next to each merchant that you want to pay and click Continue. On the next screen, you can fill in your payment amounts separately for each merchant. Click Continue and you're almost finished. Confirm your payments and click Submit.

Reconcile your account online
Dollar Bank Reconcilement buttonLog in to Online Banking and select the reconcile account icon and select the checking account. Choose your action from the left side menu. If you are adding a new pending transaction, enter date, select the type, enter the check number and memo-if needed and transaction amount and click Add Transactions.

Name your merchants — You now have the ability to rename your merchants. Your merchant names will appear on your statement, in Text Message Banking and in your transaction history so they can be easily recognized. Change your merchant names by clicking the Payments & Transfers tab and selecting My Merchants in Online Banking (in the right top corner of the Online Banking screen), entering the new merchant name in the New Name field and clicking Update Names.
